The Founder
António Costa, the founder of Mindful Living, has a remarkable 25-year journey in the banking sector, one of society's most competitive markets.
During this period, António not only worked in management areas but also dedicated himself to the passionate study of human behavior. In the year 2000, this passion led him to formally deepen his knowledge in the field, which culminated in a transformative decision in 2017: he decided to make a radical career change, dedicating himself entirely to teaching and practicing mindfulness.
Since then, he has applied his knowledge to help individuals, businesses, and educational institutions live more consciously and balanced lives.
In an increasingly connected and aware world, companies need to humanize themselves in order to create genuine bonds with employees and customers. Valuing empathy, well-being and dialogue strengthens the organizational culture and generates trust.
